1. Who we are

ILR Ready is a product of Help Me Settle Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the ILR Ready website and application.

2. What the service does

ILR Ready helps you record your travel history and provides estimated calculations, based on the information you provide, of your continuous residence and absence days against Home Office rules published at the time. These estimates are provided for your own record-keeping and are not a substitute for professional immigration advice, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any Home Office application.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the travel information you enter. Estimates are only as accurate as the data you provide.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed as described at checkout. Details of current pricing and billing terms will be set out here.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version number above, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
