1. Who we are
ILR Ready is a product of Help Me Settle Ltd, trading as ILR Ready. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and application.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email), travel dates and reasons you choose to log, visa information you provide, documents you upload to the Evidence Vault, and billing information processed by our payment provider.
3. How we use it
To provide the service (calculating estimated absence days from the information you provide), to communicate with you about your account, to process payments, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to run the service, who necessarily process some of your information on our behalf: hosting infrastructure, our database provider, Cloudinary (document storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Zeptomail (transactional email). If you connect with an immigration adviser through our lawyer portal, they can access the information needed to assist you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (e.g. theme). If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first via a cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version number above.
